Delivery

Last updated 14 October 2026

PrepAI is software, so nothing is shipped. Everything is delivered online.

Passes

A pass is added to your PrepAI account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes. Open the app signed in with the same account and the plan shows in Settings › Account.

The app

The download link for Mac and Windows is on getprepai.in and in the email we send you. Downloading is free; a pass unlocks the paid features.

If something doesn't arrive

If your pass doesn't appear within 24 hours of paying, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will add it or refund you.
