These terms cover the PrepAI app and getprepai.in. By using either, you agree to them.

Who can use PrepAI

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What PrepAI does

PrepAI is interview preparation software. It offers questions, study plans, mock interviews, writing tools and suggested outlines. Suggestions come from AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. You decide what to say and do; check anything important yourself. PrepAI does not guarantee an interview result, a job offer or a salary.

Passes and payment

• Paid plans are one-time passes for a day, a week or a month. A pass starts when the payment succeeds and ends when its time runs out.
• Nothing renews automatically, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and [include / exclude] GST.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your AI keys

PrepAI uses AI and speech providers through keys you add. Those providers bill you directly for what you use and their terms apply to it. We are not responsible for their charges, limits or outages.

Your content

Your resumes, notes, stories and sessions belong to you. You let PrepAI process them only to provide its features. If you leave "Contribute questions" on, you allow us to add the anonymised interviewer questions from your sessions to the shared question bank.

Fair use

Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer PrepAI, get around its plan limits, overload its services, or use it for anything unlawful. You are responsible for following the rules of any service, platform or process you use PrepAI with.

Liability

PrepAI is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using PrepAI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have jurisdiction.
