Refunds and cancellation

PrepAI passes are one-time payments, so there is no subscription to cancel. The free plan lets you try PrepAI before you pay.

When you can get a refund

• Within [7 days] of buying, if you have used no more than [one live session or one mock interview] on that pass.
• Charged twice, or charged with no pass: a full refund, whenever you tell us.
• PrepAI didn't work on your computer and we couldn't fix it: a full refund for that pass.

Passes that have been mostly used, or have run out, are not refunded.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, with your order number (it is in your Razorpay receipt). We reply within 2 business days.

When the money arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: a pass simply ends when its time runs out and nothing renews.
